It is our legal requirement to ensure that all customers being registered as a member must follow the following criteria:

Memberships:
1. All members upon being granted membership with S.W.A.T. will be required to sign a player’s declaration, which will be held at s.w.a.t.

3. all players will receive a membership pass carrying the mark SAM then a five digit number, this being their membership number for example SAM00001:

Privacy

S.W.A.T. has produced a list of verified members which their name and number will be shown,
No other details are required to be placed on public display, if a retailer needs additional information they can contact our office direct for the second stage of security verification, such as address and post code, date of birth etc.
